5. Service Centre Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized Service Centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
6. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and replace tools and equipment as needed to ensure they are in good working condition.
7. Support to Retail Team: Provide technical support and assistance to the retail team as needed.
8. Service Attribute Focus: Focus on delivering exceptional service attributes, including customer satisfaction, quality, and timeliness.
