  Key Roles & Responsibilities 

 

  • Communicate with customers: Answer phone calls, respond to emails and chats, and communicate service expectations  

  • Resolve customer issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, such as those about defective products, billing errors, or delayed deliveries  

  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Provide solutions to customer inquiries and work to improve customer retention  

  • Build customer relationships: Research customer needs and monitor responses to customer requests  

  • Establish customer service guidelines: Create customer service protocols and procedures
