Role Overview:
The Product/Sales Executive plays a key
role in enhancing the customer experience by understanding their preferences,
curating outfit selections, managing stock, and ensuring the store's overall
readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage
with clients, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable
outfit selections.
- Effectively
present products using the LPPP method (Listen, Pick, Present,
Process).
- Maintain
an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing store
environment.
- Conduct quality
checks and manage stock allocation efficiently.
- Stay
updated on the latest fashion trends and actively participate in assessments
and training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Prior retail
or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication,
attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Attitude: Customer-focused,
proactive, and a team player.
