TENDER EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Preparation and Submission:

  • Prepare and compile bid submission documents, including technical specifications, financial proposals, and supporting documentation. 
  • Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines and follow up on submission status. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all tenders and bids. 

• Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. 
  • Clarify bid conditions and address queries from clients. 
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information for tender submissions. 

• Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Monitor the tendering process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. 
  • Evaluate the outcome of tenders and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Prepare reports and MIS on a regular basis. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • May involve drafting and negotiating agreements and commercial contracts. 
  • May assist in the preparation of project proposals. 
  • May be involved in receiving and dealing with client inquiries

• Tender Identification and Evaluation:

  • Assess the feasibility and viability of participating in tenders. 
  • Research and identify potential tender opportunities from various sources (online platforms, client requests, public notices, etc.). 
  • Analyze tender requirements, specifications, and conditions.
