Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle objections effectively and provide suitable answers to close sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and provide feedback to improve strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role is an advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
