Job Description

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces.
Change linens, towels, and other guest room amenities.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, and wipe down surfaces.
Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
