Job Responsibilities:
- Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff in a timely manner.
- Steward Management: Supervise and manage all stewards, ensuring they adhere to the highest service standards and contribute to the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Customer Handling: Ensure excellent customer service by attending to customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure prompt and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene: Ensure the dining area, service stations, and kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of restaurant supplies, ensuring necessary items are available and raise requisitions when needed.
- Training & Development: Assist in training new stewards and staff, ensuring they follow the company’s operational and service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Availability: Immediate joining is required.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
