Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4 years of on-field experience in the electrical industry, specifically in switchgear or LED. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the industry, strong dealer network knowledge, and the ability to effectively promote products to achieve sales targets. The role involves extensive travel pan India, and the candidate should be comfortable dealing with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Knowledge:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, preferably in switchgear or LED.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Dealer Network:
Possess a strong network of dealers and distributors in the electrical industry.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively pan India as per company requirements.
Communication and Convincing Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
Strong convincing abilities to promote products and secure sales.
Technical Proficiency:
Be technically sound with a good understanding of electrical products.
Provide technical assistance and support to clients as needed.
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly remuneration.
TA/DA allowances will be provided separately as per company norms.
Additional commission on achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of on-field experience in the electrical industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary Structure:
● Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month
