Job Summary:
· Provide service of Inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests such as a vehicle that won’t start; flat tire; keys locked inside a car; vehicle out of gas; vehicle in an accident.
· Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation
· Provide safe facilities to customer
· Dispatch a service provider to assist the customer.
· Provide status updates to customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
· Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
· Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
· Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behaviour.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent with 6 Months – 2 year of experience
· Able to speak and read English fluently
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Meets or exceeds home office requirements (below)
