Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead and execute the creation of graphic designs, animations, and motion graphics for various projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, web design, and multimedia content, ensuring a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.

• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and dynamic visual effects to enhance video content, advertisements, social media posts, and interactive media. Develop seamless transitions, character animations, and other engaging elements to communicate key messages visually.

• Video Editing: Edit video content for a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency in style, pacing, and overall message. Manage the entire editing process from raw footage to final cuts, including sound design, color grading, and visual effects.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and manage a team of junior designers, animators, and video editors, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output and a collaborative, efficient working environment. Delegate tasks and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and ensure effective team coordination.

Education: Any Graduate with course in Graphic Designing
