About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to potential International customers, presenting utility services and persuading them to sign up.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that align with their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging your knowledge of the International market and utility services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the utility sector to enhance your sales approach and identify new opportunities.
- Lead Management: Manage and prioritize sales leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience of 1-2 years in outbound sales, particularly in an international process, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the utility sector, including electric connections, is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to the specifics of the UK market is crucial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive environment.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment, demonstrating resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals.
