- To adhere safety system of plant as per RED BOOK standard. ISO standard, General Safety Requirements & another applicable standard.

-  Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for all.

- If any abnormalities are found for fire equipment’s at the workplace (Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hydrant, Smoke Detection System etc.) Immediately inform the EHS department.

- To keep obstacle free all the emergency exits, emergency pathways and fire/safety equipment’s in respective areas.

- GMP compliance as per regulatory requirements.

-  Report any accidents, incidents, near miss, and any violations of the HSE or safe work practices including malfunctions of the equipment or workplace hazards that he/she is aware of to the direct supervisor.

-  Follow the health and safety procedures related to the job functions, which include the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safe operation of equipment, machinery tools, and handling of hazardous substances.

- Responsible for machine operating coder, perfume filler APA & DEO filler, gas filler, X- ray, Buttoner & Capper, Shrink Wrap, Case Packer.

- Overall supervision of production quality during running conditions of the production.

- Responsible to follow step by step BPR for batch filling.

- Responsible for updating Logbook, weighing balance calibration & verification record & house keeping record on regular basis.

- To maintain 5S at workplace.

- Responsible for the reduction line rejections.

-  Attend any breakdown maintenance of Pamasol line.

-  Responsible for proper shift handover.
