We are seeking a smart, hardworking, and self-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. Based in Bengaluru, the candidate will handle sales and marketing of Water and Wastewater Treatment Projects in Bengaluru and adjacent regions. The candidate shall however be ready to travel and shall be ready to work in multiple locations as per the job demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently approach and engage with builders, architects, MEP consultants, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and project documentation.
- Support in business development activities, including lead generation and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, design inputs, and customer support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in water/wastewater treatment or a related field.
- Proficient in Kannada (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Valid Driving License – Mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong technical writing skills for proposal preparation and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
