Sales and Customer Relations Manager
Salary 4 LPA to 6LPA
Location: Nagpur
Function: Lead the sales team, manage customer relations, and execute effective sales
strategies.
Experience: 3 - 7 years in sales, with a significant part in real estate or luxury goods.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
● Campaign Co-Creation providing insight to the local market sentiments
● Conduct bi-monthly reviews of marketing strategies to evaluate the quality and quantity
of leads
● Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
● Participate actively in the hiring process to onboard competent sales professionals within
agreed deadlines.
● Develop and establish standardized systems and processes to manage the sales
pipeline efficiently.
● Set realistic and challenging individual sales targets and implement a robust review
process.
● Provide support in training the team on CRM systems, ensuring maximum efficiency.
● Monitor the overall hygiene and presentability of the team to ensure professionalism.
● Offer actionable feedback to optimize lead generation and improve the alignment
between marketing and sales.
● Create and implement structured processes to ensure seamless collaboration with
channel partners.
● Build relationships with key channel partners in Nagpur to improve collaboration and
enhance their contribution to sales.
● Establish a redressal committee to address concerns, provide feedback, and resolve
conflicts with channel partners effectively.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● 3 -7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on real estate or luxury goods.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
