1. Oversee project implementation in the assigned district to deliver benefits from various
schemes to targeted beneficiaries using technology.
2. Lead and monitor the work of community mobilizers.
3. Create and execute a plan to improve delivery and increase the network of community
mobilizers to meet revenue and application targets.
4. Build and manage a team, focusing on their performance.
5. Identify suitable schemes for community needs with help from research teams.
6. Work with government officials and local authorities, including Gram Panchayats.
7. Ensure regular reporting to your Line Manager and encourage the same within your team.
8. Keep documentation and reports to meet organizational requirements.
9. Establish partnerships with relevant government and non-government organizations to support
implementation efforts.
10. Must be willing to travel extensively as per requirement, including to low income communities
and rural districts of the State for direct interaction
11. As a trainer you will be required to give training sessions on digital and financial literacy along
with capacity building
