About Haqdarshak:
We bridge the gap between citizens and social security schemes (government and private) through technology and a network of trained field agents, primarily women, known as ‘Haqdarshaks.’ These agents, extensively trained in schemes and on-field implementation, earn commissions for their services, gaining financial independence and identity.
Partnering with corporations, CSRs, philanthropies, and government offices, we’ve operated for 8 years across 24+ states, unlocking benefits worth INR 19,000 crore for 65 lakh+ citizens. Our digital platforms, available in 11 vernacular languages, store scheme information and are being upgraded.
We’re scaling innovations like ‘Yojana Cards’ and ‘Yojana Kendras,’ revolutionizing welfare access in India. We remain an independent organization, unaffiliated with the government.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Management / Social enterprise is preferable). Masters in the specified domain would be an added advantage for selection.
- Good communication and language proficiency skills in English and the state Language is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and the region's local language.
- Strong writing skills- able to write media collaterals quickly and effectively, emails, and reports.
- Strong computation skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Should be interested and motivated to work in public domain schemes/policies/welfare & development. Prior experience, as stated above, is a plus.
- Determined and motivated to reach Project and State targets and meet tight deadlines
- Must be willing to travel extensively as per requirement, including to low-income communities and rural districts of the State for direct interaction
- Work according to the Organizational culture and respect for individuals

- Determined, resourceful, and passionate about bringing about social change
Role:
- Be responsible for on-ground implementation of the project in assigned districts for delivery of benefits under various schemes to target beneficiaries with the help of technology
- Lead, and closely monitor the operations work of the community mobilizers on-ground
- Strategize the plan of implementation on-ground to drive effective delivery and increase the network of community mobilizers in the assigned district/s for meeting the given revenue targets
- Build and Manage a team of on-ground and other resources, as required, and be responsible for team performance
- Community mobilization and the ability to identify the right (suited to citizen-interest needs and profile information) schemes with support from research teams.
- Lionizing with government officials (district Department & local authorities in Gram Panchayats)
- Coordinate with the technology team and research team for effective on-ground implementation
- Routinely communicate with stakeholders to identify Key issues and establish innovative tools and mechanisms and generate new implementation approaches to provide public scheme information to the wider range of target audience
- Meeting disciplined reporting compliance to the Line Manager and setting the same in the team on-ground
- Required to maintain necessary documentation and reports for meeting Organizational compliance
- Study various initiatives taken by government, NGOs, corporate, and private institutions in this space
- Foster Partnerships with government and non-government institutions aligned to the Organizational cause to facilitate on-ground implementation process
