Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers ).
Skills: Strong verbal & written English communication, basic math & computer literacy, customer relations, crisis management, administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience with voice/email/chat processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and educate customers on products/services.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including trade shows and events.
- Manage sales leads, inquiries, purchase orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote cross-selling/up-selling opportunities and enhance the customer care experience.
