Back Office Assistant Office Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance:
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Empty trash cans and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as restrooms, pantry, and reception area.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Administrative Support:
• • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
  • Assist with meeting room setup and tear-down.
  • Provide basic administrative support to office staff as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
