Relationship Manager (only Female )
Experience - 5 - 6 YEAR
Salary - 3.6 LPA - 6 LPA
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building:
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the key contact for client queries and complaints.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop plans to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competition and adapt strategies for client retention.
- Sales and Business Growth:
- Support sales teams with upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet sales and revenue targets aligned with company goals.
- Advisory and Compliance:
- Advise clients on profitable processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Behavioral: Leadership, customer orientation, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
- Functional: Business development, client relationship management, market analysis, and negotiation.
Education & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Business, or Insurance).
- Certifications: Licentiate/Associate from the Insurance Institute (advantageous).
- Experience: 5+ years in relationship management within the insurance sector.
