Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer
Department: Engineering
Salary ; 3.6 lpa to 4.2lpa
Location: Indore
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution:
- Responsible for all Electrical activities, including project planning, design, and execution.
- Prepare Design Concepts, Load assessment, HT-LT Distribution Scheme, Substation Equipment layout planning, HT-LT Cable Routing, and Power factor correction panel Design.
- Perform Equipment sizing calculation for Transformer, DG, UPS, Cable Sizing, and voltage drop calculations.
- Prepare Cable schedules and Internal/External Lighting Planning with Lux calculation.
- Design and oversee the implementation of Power & LV systems.
- Interdisciplinary coordination with Civil/ HVAC /Piping /Process / Project departments.
- Prepare HT-LT-LV Bill of Quantity.
- Conduct Project Cost Estimation.
- Design & Engineering:
- Must be acquainted with electrical design requirements of pharmaceutical projects, including clean room design concepts.
- Knowledge of International guidelines and standards.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD for electrical drawings and designs.
- Coordinate engineering design team activities.
- Ensure adherence to electrical industry design and safety standards (e.g., NFPA, CE).
- Client & Vendor Management:
- Capable of interacting with clients and vendors effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and earthing.
- Experience in preparing electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with electrical panel assembly and testing.
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Experience with BIM software.
