Basic knowledge of different
vegetables cutting techniques, Knowledge for prepares ingredients for cooking
by chopping, peeling, slicing, and cutting meat and vegetables, if required use
cutting tools, cookware and bakeware. Wash and clean vegetables thoroughly
before cutting, Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing
vegetable garnishes and other perishables daily to ensure product quality, the
cutting should be appropriate shapes and sizes as per the requirements,
maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the working area, follow safety
guidelines, co-ordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure that the vegetables
cutting is done in a timely manner, perform any other duties assigned by the
supervisor or manager, willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
and holidays.
Previous experience in a
similar role would be an added advantage
