JOB SUMMARY
(Brief about the existence of the position)
Incumbent should be having 3 - 6 years of experience in HR in Talent Acquisition & Management, HR travel coordination, Onboarding the talent (Entry to Exit which included Induction) and General HR Activities i.e. PMS, L&D, Employee Engagement and C&B activities assigned as per the needs of Organization from time to time. Good hands-on experience in Statutory activities would be preferred.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties)
Incumbent should be able to coordinate the Talent acquisition, Management from coordination of requirements through job portals, social networking sites and references.
Ability to maintain active database of the resume viz Store, Maintenance, Quality & other requirements of SHPL from time to time.
Incumbent must be able to handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation details to be informed to payroll.
Incumbent should be able to maintain talent management tracker on the offer, joined, and TAT for the Talent Acquisition.
Ability to handle the travel coordination & follow up on pending payments for the Interview Reimbursement & Managing needs for the HR Team.
Coordination of interviews lined up with HO & Regions for SHPL from time to time.
Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required.
Able to maintain the SHPL Referral Reward Scheme’s documentation & follow up on the payments as per policy.
Able to coordinate and deal with Administration for activities like Canteen, Employee Welfare, Safety, Stationery, for training programmes, Preparation of Contract labour bills & Admin related bills payments, and clearing the invoices due for payment and follow-up for payments etc.
Coordinate with HODs on the PMS front to follow up on the Objectives and end year appraisal forms and collate data of the same.
Should have knowledge of handling third party roll candidates and managing their queries and requests.
Support in C&B Activities as and when required by the payroll team.
Good hands-on experience in statutory activities would be preferred.

Incumbent should have good hands on experience in Recruitment cycle, should be able to source manpower from various sources with minimal guidance.
Incumbent would be an integral part of Talent Acquisition for SHPL , incumbent must be able to get into a HR Generalist role to look into the various tasks assigned from time to time.
Able to handle workmen and employees.
Able to adopt changes, can work under pressure
Able to coordinate and handle employee engagement activities of the organization.
Certification in Talent Acquisition and Management would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & PPT) and exposure to ERP Environment i.e. SAP-HR / Oracle-HRMS would be an added advantage. Should be tech savvy and able to work on varied software of the company from time to time.
Incumbent must be a Post Graduate in Social Work or Business Administration with HR Specialization.
Good exposure to statutory like PF, ESIC and Gratuity and other time office functions would also be a plus.
