CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal and plastic parts for various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC equipment, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, or grinders, to produce parts according to specifications.
Programming Adjustments: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents, and make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tool paths.
Tool Maintenance: Inspect and maintain tooling, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Quality Control: Measure and examine completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards, using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation and reduce downtime.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to suggest and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
