Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at our dealership, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, ensuring they find the right vehicle to suit their needs. You will build relationships with potential buyers, demonstrate vehicle features, and negotiate sales to provide a high-quality experience that drives customer satisfaction and dealership success.

12th pass/Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide product demonstrations and offer test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including new and pre-owned models, as well as features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer programs, warranties, financing options, and dealership promotions.

• Sales Process Management:

  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact through to closing the sale and vehicle delivery.
  • Negotiate price and financing terms within dealership guidelines to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Customer Follow-Up:

  • Maintain contact with past and potential customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and encourage repeat and referral business.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare sales contracts, vehicle registration, and other necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Record and maintain customer data in dealership CRM systems for follow-up and reporting purposes.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and management, to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events to stay informed and contribute to team goals.
