Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of products.
Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create appealing displays.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
Actively promote products through suggestive selling and cross-selling techniques.
Stay updated on product features, fabric details, brands, and current market trends.
Understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Stock Management:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged.
Report any damaged or defective items to the supervisor.
Security and Vigilance:
Monitor for any suspicious activities such as shoplifting or pilferage.
Ensure all merchandise is tagged with security measures to prevent theft.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback to supervisors on customer preferences and product performance.
Report any issues or concerns regarding merchandise or store facilities.
