Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain our research and academic support services.
• Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
• Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, address questions, and provide detailed service information to encourage conversions.
• Sales Conversion: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion..

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Previous experience in telephonic sales or customer service is preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic and confident phone presence.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant services effectively.
