Salary: Upto 7.8 LPA

Working Hours: Night Shift, 5 Days a Week
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
• Translate customer feedback and inquiries to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
• Advance diploma in Italian language or graduation Fluency in Italian ( C1 ) and English ( B1 ) (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
