Team Member Job Description:
1 - Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during all times
2 - Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant’s computer systems
3 - Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order
4 - Process food large orders for events
5 - Count & verify your till at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe
6 - Clean your station thoroughly before, during and after each shift
7 - Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied
8 - Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures
9 - Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion
10 - Maintain cleaning & hygiene of the premises
11 - Receiving and Stocking all the materials as per SOP.
12 - Maintaining FIFO & inventory properly.
13 - Meet & Greet to each & every guest with smile .
