Improve Partner Relationship - Be the face of Treebo for hotel partners and maintain good relationship with them

 Improve daily operations - Conduct regular inspection of property premises, report any untoward incidents or indications of fraud at the property

 Increase Guest interaction - Interact with guests about their experiences on behalf of Treebo

Timely issue resolution - by conducting frequent/rigourous audits

Better Staff Management & Staff Training - Help hotel staff with challenges/ questions they might have from time to time, getting involved in day-to-day operations, Train and re-train the staff on our standard operating procedures and on use of our technology solution

Better escalation handling
