Looking for Customer care executive for inbound call center.
Office address - Greater Noida, near Knowledge Park -2 metro station, NPCL substation, Near AWHO society, Builders Area.

Age criteria – 18-35 Years.
Work Mode – Work from Office.
Required Qualification – Graduate in any stream.
Required Skill Set: Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Required Technical skill set: Basic computer knowledge
9 hrs. of shift - Rotational Shifts 24/7 (For girls it is a 7 am to 7 PM working window)
6 days working.
Rotational week off.
No planned leaves will be provided in the initial 3 months of Joining.

- Training Duration: 7 to 12 days
- Stipend: ₹200 per day will be paid during the training period.
It is essential that candidates perform well during the training. Upon completion, a certification exam will be conducted. Passing the certification is mandatory for continued employment with the company.
If a candidate fails to clear the certification, they will no longer be employed with the company.
Salary is 16 K Monthly CTC and 13176 is the fixed take home.
