Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate selection, conduct interviews and reference checks, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Address grievances and promote a positive culture through team-building activities and open communication.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and facilitate sessions on HR policies and company culture.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR metrics reports.
