Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for outbound calls effectively.
- Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment.
- Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
- Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
