Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
