Title: Manager – Business Development – Panels
Reporting to : Vice President – Business Development

Work in co-ordination with:
KEY DELIVERABLES
1. No & amount of leads generated must be as per the plan
2. Conversion Ratio must be as per the plan
3. No of Meetings must be as per the plan
4. Sales velocity time must be as per the plan
5. No of new customers to be added each month as per the plan
6. At least 1 New Market Segment each month
Scope of Work:
1. Identifying the opportunities for electrical panels or enclosures other than power sector, PSU’s or Metering Companies as per the scope of the company.
2. Identifying the market size of each group of customers with the probability of the repeatability in customers and orders from each customer.
3. Regular Meetings and connections with the Prospects and Customers
Qualification:
1. B.E/ B.Tech, or Postgraduate in any field, especially in Electricals and Electronics from a reputed institute.
2. The candidate must have proven experience in the field of business development with the equipment’s or product manufacturing companies with good relations in any manufacturing company of minimum 5 years.
3. Ability to strategize and solve problems, Strong leadership and organizational skills and Excellent communication and people skills.
4. Exceptional personality in making relations and must be good in both written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
5. Must be proficient in MS Office for presentation and must have good presentation skills
6. Must have good negotiation skills and convincing power
7. Ability to think and explore the new markets / opportunity which can give huge results
