Job Summary :

Position: Field HR/ Field Recruiter
Location: Pan India


Job Summary:
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various 
positions associated for one of our leading clients. The ideal candidates need to have handson experience in volume hiring, and filed recruitment in diverse locations.


Key Responsibilities:
 Actively source candidates through field visits, career fairs, trade shows, and 
recruitment drives in key locations.
 Build relationships with local colleges, technical institutes, and vocational 
schools to create a talent pipeline.
 Leverage both traditional and digital recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, 
social media) to identify suitable candidates.
 Conduct initial screenings via phone or in person to assess candidate 
suitability for various roles (e.g., sales, service, technical, and support).
 Coordinate and conduct on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment 
process.
 Travel to target regions to conduct field recruiting initiatives, ensuring the 
identification of candidates in both urban and rural markets.
 Organize and manage recruitment drives in collaboration with local 
businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations.
 Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires 
into the company.
 Maintain detailed records of candidate interviews, status, and feedback.
 Provide regular recruitment status updates and analytics to the Recruitment 
Manager.


Required Qualifications:
 Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree.
 Proven experience in field recruitment, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing 
industry.
 Familiarity with high-volume hiring recruitment.
 Experience in managing blue collared employees such as delivery executives is a big 
plus
 Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and 
long-term requirements and goals.
 Should be comfortable working with MS excel.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple 
recruitment campaigns.
