Job Title: Mobiliser for Delivery Associates

Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Mobiliser to focus on recruiting blue-collar job candidates for delivery associate positions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local job market, strong community engagement skills, and a passion for connecting individuals with employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage potential candidates in Kerala.
- Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and community events to promote delivery associate positions.
- Candidate Mobilization:
- Identify and engage with local communities, vocational training institutes, and job placement centers to attract blue-collar job seekers.
- Conduct informational sessions to educate candidates about the role and requirements of delivery associates.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and organizations to facilitate recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create awareness about available job opportunities.
- Screening and Selection Support:
- Assist in the screening process by conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the recruitment team based on candidate interactions.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and outreach effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in mobilization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in community mobilization, recruitment, or a related role, particularly in the blue-collar job sector.
- Familiarity with the delivery services industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using digital tools for communication and reporting.
