Job Summary:
We are looking for Customer Support Executive for a lead generation process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features related to the product
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Excellent Soft skills
- Basic two wheeler knowledge would be an added advantage
- Excellent sales skills
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream
Experience: Should have minimum 1 year work experience in a sales or Customer Service related process
Other Requirements:-
Work from Office
Comfortable in 6 days working environment.
