• Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits
• Understanding of Mechanical Drawing and Hydraulic Controls
• Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting
• Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area
• Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures – by using Problem-solving tools
• Reduction of spare part cost
• Work for Maintenance for 5S activity
• Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP
• Implement the project to reduce the Power cost
• Worked on AIDA, IZAC, Mori, Minister Press machines
