International Recruiter Responsibilities 

• Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
• Perform necessary background checks
• Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
• Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
• Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
• Manage job descriptions and announcements
• Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired
• Knowledge from recruitment to visa processing 

International Recruiter Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international organization)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
• Foregion Language Adantage 
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems
• Fluency in other languages is a huge plus
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
