International Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
- Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
- Perform necessary background checks
- Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
- Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
- Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
- Manage job descriptions and announcements
- Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired
- Knowledge from recruitment to visa processing
International Recruiter Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international organization)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
- Foregion Language Adantage
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems
- Fluency in other languages is a huge plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
