Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and present detailed travel proposals and itineraries to clients.
- Handle booking processes, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in product development.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales or a related field. Experience with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
