Location: Gurgaon, Sector 73
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹11,000 take home per month
- Experienced: ₹13,500 take home per month
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the cinema.
- Provide information about movie timings, tickets, and promotions.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cinema hall and lobby.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with ticket checking and crowd management during peak times.
- Promote and upsell concessions and merchandise.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of 10th pass.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
