Education/Qualification:
Graduate – BSc, BE, Diploma
Experience: 6
months to 1 Year - DL1

- Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Device Monitoring.
2. SMS and email alerts: Checking
all alerts and reporting to the concerned person/department.
3. Preparation of monthly reports.
4. Configuring alert parameter
settings in monitoring tools.
5. Installation of agents related to
hardware and software monitoring solutions.
Technical Skills
Required:
1. MS Office.
2. Windows Operating System.
