Required
• Ability to work with US stakeholders, at least up to 1 am IST
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience (Consulting or Operations) in Product Lifecycle Management,
Engineering, Design or Product Development
• Exposure to Supply Chain Planning/ Manufacturing/ Inventory Management/
Warehouse Management
• Understanding of Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Value stream mapping
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical
solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Ability to lead and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
• Self-Starter with a bias for action
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction, end to end and product supply chain
• Broad based supply chain understanding (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, PLM)
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical
solutions
Preferred
• Visa enabled for travel to US preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hi-Tech industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management Consulting in Supply chain, Operations and PLM area
• Experience in Oracle Agile PLM, CAD PDM/PLM, MDM applications and data management
processes
• Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management
• Experience of managing 5-10 member team
