Process Trainer- Lead Generations & Customer Service
Max Life Insurance
Experience: 0-1 Years’ experience as a Process Trainer in any kind of Insurance sales/customer service process. Preference to life insurance background.
Functional Area: Handling NHT batches, OJT activities & all the required activities under trainer’s KRA’s.
Educational Qualification: Graduation Qualification/ Post-Graduate
Language: - English & Hindi

- Train the new joinees into the organization, NHT batches
- Sending reports to clients
- Good % of certification
- Planning sessions with BQ advisors
Desired Candidate’s Profile: ‐
- Must be graduate/post-graduate
‐ Good English Communication Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of excel/advance excel
-Good Vocab
‐ Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.
‐Able to think creatively and structure solution.
Salary: - 25k to 26k
Shift Timings: - 9 :30 a.m to 6:30 p.m.
