Job Title – Warehouse Associate
Job Summary: We are hiring multiple positions for Warehouse Associates for our client, a global e-commerce firm in Dubai.

Working Hours: 5 Days a week, 10 Hours a day (including break), Rotational Shifts and Weekends.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking, and filling orders from stock, packing, and shipping orders, managing, and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Due to the nature of the role, candidates with good English Reading, Writing and Speaking are MUST.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
· Receiving and Inspection: Receive, unload, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments. Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in received products. Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
· Order Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Pack and prepare orders for shipping, following company standards. Utilize appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
· Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits. Communicate inventory discrepancies and adjustments to supervisors.
· Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare shipping documents and labels. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow. Restock inventory as needed and keep shelves and racks organized. Dispose of packaging materials and cardboard responsibly.
· Quality Control: Ensure all products leaving the warehouse meet quality standards. Report any quality issues to supervisors promptly.
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
