Develops a Sales Manual, a handbook outlining the recommended practices for each form of sales engagement.
Defines a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales.
Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
