HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Extend job offers and facilitate the negotiation process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring processes.
