Scope of work
1- National Pension System
2- Old Age Pension, Widow Pension, Handicaped Pension, National Family Benefit, Farmer Accidental Insurance
3- EPFO & eShram
4- Labour Benifit plan on education, Marriage & Other social needs
Duties in Pension & Benefit
1- Conversation with customers online & offline
2- Documents recieving, checking & digitization
3- Operational activities online
4- Online status tracking, Final Print delivery & dispatches
5- Follow up, Report preperation and Data Management
Office Timing : - 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Weekly holiday and special festival holiday is available.
Joining Process : -
Offer letter will be issued after 2 step interview process for eligible candidates.
First Quarter (3 month) will be probationary period. Documentation, Agreement, Training & Performance level is the basic element of probationary period. You may be disqualified / rejected / discontinued without any notice if any issue found during this period.
Required documents for joining : 1- ID Proof, 2- Address proof, 3- Proof of academic & Technical Qualifications 4- Caste & Charactor certificate (Police Verification) 5- Proof of salary & Bank statement, Joining letter, Experience Certificate, Proof of Pension or PF for experienced candidated if available. 6- Bank Passbook or Cancelled check for salary disbursement.
The agreement signed by the candidate will be valid only for one year. The agreement may be extended or terminated on the basis of performance, behavior, conduct & decipline of the candidate.
