We are hiring Graduate Freshers for CASA- Sales Officer (Field Sales role) for India’s leading Private Sector Bank in Rajasthan (Jaipur & Kota)
Job Purpose: To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria –
Ø Min graduate in any steam (Arts/Commerce/ Science)
Ø Age Limit- 21 yrs to 28 years
Ø Should be staying within 10km radius of the allocated Branch

Key Accountability: The key accountability of the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area/ open marketing through field visit, build relationship, build Liability Book & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.
Designation: - CASA – Sales Officer
Grade- Officers sales/ Executive
Salary Budget: -
Fixed - 1.92 LPA, CTC- 2.30 LPA + entitled for upto Rs.60000/- incentives per month on the basis of their performance.

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language, excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work
successfully as a part of a team, High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a required Android
Job Description: –
- Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area/ open marketing through field visit
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
- Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations
- Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
- Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.) post joining Bank.
- Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
- Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank’s CRM system.
- Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
Career Path: Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track Growth) to AM Sales to Sales Manager
Work Experience: Fresher & Maximum 6 months experience (Any field Sales)
Interview Process: - It’s an online Assessment (Aptitude) test which will be scheduled at Bank Branch
