Key Responsibilities:
1. Lighting Design: Conceptualize, design, and implement lighting schemes that complement the artistic vision of the project.
2. Scene Lighting: Set up and adjust lighting rigs within 3D environments to achieve desired mood, atmosphere, and visual storytelling.
3. Lighting Effects: Create and integrate various lighting effects such as dynamic shadows, reflections, volumetric lighting, and particle effects.
4. Color Grading: Collaborate with the art team to establish color palettes and ensure consistency in lighting across different scenes or levels.
5. Optimization: Optimize lighting setups for performance without compromising visual quality, considering technical constraints such as rendering time and memory usage.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with artists, designers, animators, and other team members to understand project requirements and implement lighting solutions that enhance the overall experience.

Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Lighting Artist in the entertainment industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your lighting work across different projects.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in lighting software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar, along with a solid understanding of rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
3. Artistic Eye: A keen eye for composition, color, and mood, with the ability to translate artistic concepts into visually appealing lighting setups.
